Note: Founded in 1972, Doctor's Data, Inc. is an independent reference laboratory providing data on levels of toxic and essential elements in hair, and elements, amino acids, and metabolites in blood and urine. Their laboratory uses ICP-MS, HPLC, and photometric analyses to measure elements, amino acids and metabolites in patients. Thanks to DDI's specialized instrumentation, they can detect ultratrace levels of analytes.

While they specilize in hair elemental analysis, and have tested over a million hair samples, they also provide a wide variety of other tests including urine and plasma amino acids analyses, whole blood elements profiles, urine elements profiles- for measuring excretion of toxic and essential elements, urine D-glucaric and mercapturic acids analyses- for indications of xenobiotic exposure and for monitoring hepatic detoxicating processes, and packed blood cell elements profiles - for assessment of elemental status inside blood cells or on the blood cell membrane. Doctor's Data also offers sample reports for some of their tests on their Web site.
